Envy means do you scratch records meaning like turntables and stuff. Like the two discs you move back and forth to making a scratching noise on the track. And he means by this dont call yourself Dj if you dont do that because DJ stands for Disc Jockey. It was an unnecessary comment seeing as everyone now says they're a dj. Dont take offense its just one of those things like FUBU (For us By us) kinda things. And i really dont think this russian part of ur news post was necessary no offense. Just kinda harsh.
