you got better! so now i can see this as a song!

the problem is you never create an atmosphere with your songs, just (sometimes catchy melodies)

the drums need to be less random; if you don't know how to make drums good just use someone elses sampled drums!

also you do not have a bass instrument! you need one to build atmosphere.

also, your strings! they are sampled. try to make some in sytrus and add some effects to it!

one more thing: effects, effects, effects.

I see exactly what you mean here, but, this song is old :U
I already have been given this advice before =P and I'm working on that stuff. I think I'm getting better with drums; these ones seem entirely random and yeah I definately do need some kind of a bass instrument in this song. I don't plan to update it, though.

Thanks! I couldn't think of what to put in the beginning... Normally I try to parallel another part of the song but the rest of the song was just so self-contained that I couldn't find anything to parallel.

ready for my take?

1. the main bass is not low enough. when you do that make it louder and reverb it, it sounds awsome!

2. the synth that starts at 1:26 Is annoying.. It can be ANYTHING else but just not that. don't take any offence!

3. the kick of your drum could be a tad stronger... use the soundgoodizer!

Yeah I actually tried some with the soundgoodizer, The flow got better but the charm pretty much left the song, I will take another shot at it. I've already made the bass louder, I thought people was going to say the opposite - maybe my speakers are tricking me again. Thanks for the comment anyhow :)
